There are two methods to measure electron spin resonance in STM using sweeping magnetic field or frequency. Here, we want to show you how to get ESR peak by sweeping a range of frequencies under the constant external magnetic field. We obtain the change of tunneling current at the junction depending on frequency given by RF generator.
